Someone asked me long time ago what I think it represents and I made a joke or something because I think it’s quite complex to tell, but today looking on dictionary for the word manequin, I found: blablabla “men with no character, you can act it freely” okay, it means, you can control it. Probably Eminem was trying to show some kind of control, his or he being controled.
The 3am hour represents the darkest of the night, it’s when the sky is really most dark than every other hour and the moon is on the highest of it’s trip.
Plus it’s the opposite to the hour that Jesus Christ died (3pm) so to some people it represents the hour of the Devil, when the spirits of dead people come to earth to hunt the living ones.
Now about the actual video: In the begging you can see he’s running from something, right? Maybe it’s from his past, he’s hiding himself from his own memories that hunt him at night. And keep him awake.
That mansion that comes at 0:31 is Popsomp Hills: a Rehabilitation Center. This one right here:

After the scene of the Popsomp Hills, there’s a nurse getting him pills, and he remember of himself taking them on his own and killing the nurse: He’s addicted, the medication is taking control of him.
Now… Let’s connect the stuff I told already:
Eminem is in a Rehab center, running from his past: the vice.
The manequin: first it’s only the manequin sitting on the bed, then Eminem’s beside it, then Eminem leaves it with a kiss. It probably means he’s not controled anymore.
(I don’t know who is that man laying down then without an arm after but I’m may try to figure it out later.)
Also you can see on Eminems arm the identification says ‘Marshall Mathers’ and theres numbers under it: D12 013 313 (…) what brings us to the doorman.
The doorman: is it Bizarre? I think so. If it is, then Eminem killing him probably means his disconnection with the D12 group.
The end: He opens his eyes and he’s in the woods, what means he was remembering those things: he killing people etc… and he screams… because he’s cured and he’s scared of what he have been.
